{ heart } [GE] 22v2
And HE said,
Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac,
whom thou lovest,
and get thee into the land of Moriah:
and offer him there for a burnt offering
upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of.
And HE said,
Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac,
whom thou lovest,
and get thee into the land of Moriah:
and offer him there for a burnt offering
upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of.
And Isaac brought her into his mother Sarah's tent,
and took Rebekah, and she became his wife;
and he loved her:
and Isaac was comforted after his mother's death.
O ye sons of men,
how long will ye turn MY glory into shame?
how long will ye love vanity, and seek after falsehood?
Selah.
But let all those that put their trust in THEE,
rejoice: let them ever shout for joy,
because THOU defendest them;
let them also that love THY NAME,
be joyful in THEE.
And lo, a VOICE from heaven,
saying,
This is MY beloved SON,
in WHOM I AM well pleased.
Ye have heard, that it hath been said,
‘Thou shalt love thy neighbor,
and hate thine enemy’:
THOU hast loved righteousness,
and hated iniquity, therefore GOD, even THY GOD
hath anointed THEE with the oil of gladness
above THY fellows.
But beloved, we are persuaded better things of you,
and things that accompany salvation,
though we thus speak.
And from JESUS CHRIST,
WHO is the faithful witness,
and the FIRST BEGOTTEN of the dead,
and the PRINCE of the kings of the earth.
Unto HIM THAT loved us,
and washed us from our sins in HIS OWN blood,
Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee,
because thou hast left thy first love.
